Final Task Group- Group Blog

 My group will consist of three members. Sean and Beckett have been in a group with me twice before. On for the commercial, and last was the music video. We got good grades for both. I chose them to be in my group again because we all collab very productively. My goal is to film this introduction in a timely manner. Last project, we ran into slight problems. Like shots being filmed vertically. Another problem was that I had to do somethings last minute making me not able to attending one of the film days. Overall last project was simple and fun. I am a bit nervous for this project because it seem like a lot of work. It also seems like a lot of blogs. My priority is to get all blogs in before they are due. Beckett is a mastermind at story boards so I am not too worried about it. I just want my group and I to start brainstorming. We need to brainstorm ideas. Then I will feel more comfortable. I am excited to see what this project brings us. Hopefully we all get A's. That is beyond crucial since this is an AICE class. We are all confident in this project!

Camille and I filmed the school parts first because that was our biggest concern. I wanted to make sure we got those done since spring break is coming up. Since we finished the school parts we are going to focus on the solo ones. Therefore, today after school Camille came to my house. She helped me film the parts where I am getting ready for school. To start, she used a medium shot to show me waking up for school. Then we started getting Macie ready for school. Camille did a close up of me doing my make-up and picking my outfit. Our biggest challenge was the breakfast scene. We wanted to do a close-up of my mom cracking an egg into a pan, but we couldn't get it right the first couple times. So we kepted wasting eggs. Difficulties in Actors- Production Blog

 I'm collaborating on the short film with my friend Camille. I'm glad I can work with her because she's a good friend of mine, and I think we work well together.. However, making a film with only two people in the group is kind of more difficult. We should have been more cautious about our ideas for our short film because there are only two of us, and we should have considered ways to make it easier for us to film without the need for extra people. However we got lucky because we have some friends that are willing to help us with out film. And thankfully, they have some experience with film.
